"beauty and the beast" is beautiful and the best! it is funny, romantic, dramatic, and beloved for its strong story and strong characters. who doesn't love spunky, loyal, bookworm belle? and who doesn't grow to love that grumpy beast?
this tale as old as time comes in the original vhs tape version, inside the old-school clamshell-style plastic case. this movie is from our home, part of our personal collection bought for birthdays/holidays for our two oldest children (now 31 and 30).
even though i know how many times our kids watched this movie, the tape and case look great. they are vintage, however, and come as-is, but look in pretty amazing condition.

i saw a huge range on prices for this in-demand tape. prices vary from a disney expert naming it currently worth $600, with others for sale at $1,999 or part of a $12,000 bundle.
ours is in very, very good condition, so i chose a price that seems fair and that should still allow a re-seller to definitely make a profit. or maybe, you're a collector and want this big bargain for yourself.
