this beautiful tool is made with an extra-long handle and a metal circle for hanging.

the maker wrapped heavy-duty wire around each end of the head, carefully and securely attached. the massive wooden head features a pegged design attaching it to the handle. it appears to be hand-made.
found out in the middle of kansas in a small town's antique shop, this is an extra special item. it came from farm country.
it is heavy and very solid, but not as heavyweight as it looks, making working with it actually possible
