if only i had $1 for every time our oldest daughter watched this tape! she absolutely loved tod and copper. she knew every word of dialogue and would silently say every line with the characters.
this vhs tape and its old-school, clamshell-style plastic case are from our home. we bought our collection movie-by-movie for our two oldest children (now 31 and 30) and for some reason, held onto all of them, even after buying the dvds.
the tape and case are in so-so vintage condition. the case looks a little more rough. the top and bottom right-hand edges look a bit smashed down and show wear and tear.
vintage items come as-is, though i usually over-state the damage and like to err on the side of being overly honest about any issues.

note: since i took these photos, i begged my husband to dig through boxes in the storage room and find the only vcr we kept. so now, the video tape is re-wound.
these black diamond movies are loved by collectors and becoming harder to find. in the old days, many people overpriced them online. prices go up and down, according to the market and current/past sales prices.
a disney expert places this tape's current value at $600.
i tried to price this very special, collectible tape/case toward the extreme lower end of typical pricing. it should appeal to any collector, or, leave enough margin for a re-seller to still make a big profit.
