the book's in amazing condition, with the book jacket and pages mostly near perfect, with one small spot with some bent pages and some tiny aging here and there. i found the cookbook way out in the middle of nowhere in a tiny missouri farm town. i have a feeling the book was a one-kitchen cookbook, kept nice by an extra particular cook.
