dark brown (appearing black), this large cast iron orb can be used to create a light fixture. it can be set somewhere to create a dramatic decor accent, such as on a wide shelf, on top of a bookcase, on top of kitchen cabinets, or on a coffee table.
i bought two of these at an antiques store years ago and am not sure if they're vintage or newer. the orb could fit in with either vintage/new decor and would work with everything from farmhouse to modern to industrial households.
