this puzzle is an "awww" kind of puzzle. the artwork is gorgeous. it's such a sweet scene.
if you home-school, this puzzle is a good way to work on younger ones' patience, coordination, and attention span. ask questions about what they see. what colors? what animals?
after a child puts together the puzzle, encourage them to draw the scene on a big piece of paper. or, let them choose one thing in the puzzle to draw. for older kids, let them stare at the puzzle for a set time, then try to reproduce their own drawing exactly like it.
